Refund policy
All sales are final unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a refund due to a defective item, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@volteraworld.com. Returns sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you with a refund if applicable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we’ve received and inspected your claim, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
